The Holy Spirit enable the Lord to function; one Holy Spirit; but a multiplicity of evil spirits; the Church likened to a building; the visible Church contains many who are unregenerate; the first work of the Spirit; conviction of sin; the second work of the Spirit; incorporating the new believer into the body of Christ : the Church; the Spirit animates the life of the whole body.

Ephesians 4:4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.
